Slide these under wide denim on a slow city afternoon or over cropped cargos when the fit needs a quiet base, and the shape does its job. Omygoods keeps this canvas low-top honest: a round toe, a flat sole and contrast laces that pull the whole thing into focus. It reads as one of those streetwear sneakers that never argues with the rest of the outfit.
Canvas Upper On A Flat Sole
Upper: canvas, soft and broken-in from the first wear
Sole: flat profile that sits low to the ground
Toe: rounded shape for a classic board silhouette
Laces: contrast laces running the length of the vamp
Grounding Wide Denim With These Low-Tops
The flat profile keeps you close to the ground with a rounded toe that leaves room up front. Run them under puddling wide-leg denim so the hem breaks over the vamp, or crop the fit with rolled cargos and a zip hoodie when you want the contrast laces to show. Canvas softens the more you walk in them.
